FAW Bestune Kicks Off Global Mass Production of JOYEE N01 with First Batch of 2,000 Overseas Orders
FAW Bestune kicks off global mass production and first-batch delivery of 2,000 JOYEE N01 compact EVs, bringing its trusted range and design worldwide.

YANCHENG, China — China FAW’s Yancheng Branch celebrated a major milestone on October 28 with the official global mass production launch and first-batch delivery ceremony for the JOYEE N01. Marking its grand entry into the international automotive arena, FAW Bestune successfully delivered the initial batch of 500 vehicles to customers across Africa during the event.
Building upon the tremendous success of the BESTUNE XIAOMA—which has won over nearly 300,000 users since its 2024 market debut—the JOYEE N01 is crafted as an upgraded, user-centric masterpiece. Designed with a global vision, it represents a bold step forward in compact electric vehicle (EV) innovation.
Charming Design Meets Everyday Practicality
The JOYEE N01 retains the lovable, endearing design language of its predecessor, featuring smooth, rounded body lines combined with a vibrant palette of exterior color choices guaranteed to captivate young families at first glance.
Designed for maximum convenience, the practical four-door configuration ensures effortless entry and exit for rear-seat passengers. Underneath its stylish exterior, the vehicle delivers robust performance, coming standard across all trims with dependable CATL batteries that offer an impressive maximum driving range exceeding 300 km.
Built on 70+ Years of Engineering Excellence
Safety remains a core pillar of the JOYEE N01. Leveraging China FAW’s rich legacy of over 70 years in automotive manufacturing, the compact EV is engineered with a high-strength steel body framework. To ensure peace of mind on every journey, it comes fully equipped with dual front airbags and an advanced electronic stability control system.
Global Rollout Schedule
Following its successful launch, the JOYEE N01 is scheduled to roll out progressively across various international and overseas markets starting in the fourth quarter of 2026.
