• Location Data: Non-precise or precise device location (subject to explicit in-app user consent) used solely to display nearby venues, restaurants, events, and prayer times within the UAE.

3. Legal Basis & Purpose of Data Processing

We process collected information to: (a) operate and maintain our business directory and editorial portal; (b) facilitate direct WhatsApp messaging and customer inquiries between users and listed businesses; (c) process commercial subscription payments and issue tax invoices; (d) monitor and prevent fraud, system abuse, or unauthorized access; and (e) deliver aggregated, anonymized performance metrics to merchant dashboard owners.

4. Data Disclosure & Third-Party Processing

We do not sell, rent, or trade user personal information to third parties.
