971Life Media LLC — Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 971Life.com, our mobile application, B2B business directory, or media publication channels (collectively, the ‘Platform’), operated by 971Life Media LLC (‘Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable UAE Federal and local laws. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Platform Services & B2B Directory Tiers

971Life provides a hybrid New Media editorial portal and a commercial business directory connecting UAE consumers with local businesses. Commercial subscription tiers (including Starter at 99 AED/mo, Growth at 299 AED/mo, and Elite at 799 AED/mo) grant businesses promotional exposure, SEO backlinks, direct lead integration, and editorial consideration as defined in each active tier schedule. The Company reserves the right to modify listing packages upon 30 days’ advance notice.

3. Directory Listings, Content Submission & Intellectual Property

Listed businesses and contributors represent and warrant that all submitted trade names, logos, media, contact information, and promotional claims are accurate, lawful, and owned or licensed by them. By submitting content, you grant 971Life Media LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, index, and promote such materials. Listings containing unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or culturally offensive content violating UAE National Media Council / media regulations will be suspended without refund.

4. Commercial Billing, Subscriptions & Cancellations

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or discounted annual basis. Fees are non-refundable once an editorial piece, verified badge, or backlink has been published. Clients may cancel future billing cycles via their merchant portal at least 5 business days before renewal. A la carte media services (interviews, Instagram collaborator posts, and banner advertising) must be settled in full prior to publishing.

5. WhatsApp Lead Integration & Third-Party Communications

971Life facilitates direct one-click WhatsApp inquiries and links between consumers and listed venues. The Company is an independent media platform and is not a party to any contract, booking, transaction, dispute, or warranty arising between consumers and listed businesses.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and editorial content are provided on an ‘as-is’ and ‘as-available’ basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, 971Life Media LLC disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from business interruptions, search ranking variations, or third-party interactions. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding any claim.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
