Fancy spending a day by the pool sipping cocktails and lounging under the sun? Book a well-deserved staycation at Address Beach Resort and experience the luxury hotel’s record-breaking swimming pool. Address made the headlines late last year when Emaar Hospitality Group announced that it will be opening its premium twin-tower beach property along Jumeirah Beach, which will also house the world’s highest elevated infinity pool.
Found at the hotel’s 77th floor, the infinity pool is now officially the world’s “highest outdoor infinity pool in a building.” It’s built 294m from the ground with a surface area of 560m, offering swimmers a superior vantage point. Enjoy spectacular views across Dubai Marina, Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah, Bluewaters Island, The World Islands, and Ain Dubai. The infinity pool is one of four pools at the hotel and is accessible only to guests.
Address Beach Resort opened its doors to guests and tourists in December. The hotel features over 200 rooms and suites. The developers launched the project alongside Address Beach Residences, which offers 443 fully furnished apartments and 478 unfurnished apartments. The property is available to anyone who wishes to experience complete luxury living in Dubai.
Address Beats Marina Bay Sands Record
The highest infinity pool in the world at Address features a 75m swimmable area. There is also a wet sun bed area, on top of unmatched views of the city. It’s a perfect place to relax but at that height, it’s certainly not for the faint of heart. Hotel guests are given access to the pool. Non-guests, however, can freely marvel the heart-stopping views, when they dine at the Zeta Seventy Seven rooftop restaurant nearby.
Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands previously held the record for the world’s highest infinity pool. The hotel’s infinity pool is built 191 meters above the ground and offers 360-degree views of Singapore skyline. The pool, however, still holds the record for world’s longest elevated pool, with a 146-meter vanishing edge. It also has romantic sunset views that would definitely be hard to beat.
