Dubai has a lot of great places for you to enjoy nature during your fitness runs or leisure walks. Here are some of our favorite running track tracks and walking trails in the cosmopolitan city. Whether you’re a marathon lover or simply want to work out a sweat, there are short and long tracks you can traverse near you. You can take scenic routes by the sea or appreciate landscaped gardens as you take a relaxing walk–alone or with company. Burj Park

What’s more inspiring than a view of the Burj Khalifa as you try to beat your own running record time? The Burj Park features a 5km concrete circular track surrounding landscaped areas and a view of the world’s tallest skyscraper. Running or walking across the grass is also an option if you prefer a little softness under your step. Find the Burj Park just right across a bridge from The Dubai Mall. 

Dubai Marina Promenade

There’s an 8km loop passing through the scenic Dubai Marina Promenade where you can go for an uninterrupted, scenic run. Enjoy the charming sight of yachts docked at the Marina and get a glimpse of the Dubai skyline. The Promenade can get busy during peak hours so make sure to schedule an early run to beat the crowd. 


Dubai Water Canal

Whether you like to go on a morning run or prefer a nice walk after dining in your favorite restaurant, the Dubai Water Canal is always a good idea. Considered one of the city’s famous landmarks, take your pick from the several attractions in the area. Safa Park has running tracks along with outdoor sports areas for playing football and other sports. You can also take a walk in pedestrian bridges over the canal’s waterways. Enjoy amazing views of the Canal at sunrise or drink in the romantic city lights on your night walks. 

La Mer

La Mer is an exciting beach location with a gorgeous boardwalk dotted with restaurants and shops, leading to the sandy beach. Jumeirah Lake Towers is property with one of the biggest parks in Dubai. Anyone can jog or walk around in the area. This place bustles with activity especially during weekends . Families and friends would gather for outdoor games or a food crawl over at the flea market. Take time to explore the park during your walk or run. Kite Beach

Kite Beach is a favorite place to hang out for athletes and just about everyone who loves the outdoors. Footballers, kite surfers, and groups of friends frequent the beach for a day out in the sun. The Springs

The Springs is a residential community that features a community park with green landscapes surrounding a lake. If you’re a non-resident, just leave your car at the town center mall. From there, make your way to the park to take a walk or go for a run in Dubai .
